Sample Email for Distribution

Use this sample email to encourage your community organizations and local businesses:
We are assisting the San Bernardino County Registrar of Voters to recruit poll workers for the upcoming November 3, 2020 Presidential General Election.  Being a poll worker is another way to serve your community by assisting your neighbors at the polling place. And it’s extremely important to have enough poll workers to staff polling places in the election. Consider some of the benefits of becoming a poll worker:

  • Serving your community
  • Being a part of the democratic process
  • Earning some extra money

We encourage you to apply and share this information with your organization, employees and contacts. The attached poll worker flyer and social media graphic can be posted to your social media and website. View the poll worker flyer online [available soon].

If you have any questions, please contact the San Bernardino County Registrar of Voters at 909-387-8300 or Communications@rov.sbcounty.gov.
