Community Outreach

At the San Bernardino County Registrar of Voters, success comes from our passion for creating fair, accessible, secure, transparent, and efficient elections.  Our community outreach program is built to engage and educate the public on the elections process while providing the highest quality information and customer service.  The Registrar of Voters works to increase voter registration and strengthen our relationships with voters, community-based organizations, candidates, government agencies, and the media.

Voter Registration Drives

Voter Registration Drives are efforts to increase voter registration numbers. Anyone distributing voter registration cards in California should be familiar with the rules and regulations for conducting voter registration drives.

Request a Registrar of Voters Speaker

The Registrar of Voters has some availability to speak at community events.  Requests are made by submitting an Application for Registrar of Voters Speaker [pdf].

Please keep in mind that:

  • Submitting an application does not guarantee a speaker.
  • Speaker availability is limited in the weeks leading up to an election.

Voter Information Display Program

The Registrar of Voter strategically locates Voter Information Displays at city clerk offices, post offices, high schools, community centers, faith-based organizations, and more so voters can easily access election information within their communities.  These displays include Voter Registration Applications, Vote by Mail Applications, Poll Worker Applications, and Online Voter Information Guide Applications.

If your business or organization would like to participate in the Voter Information Display program, please contact (909) 387-8300.
