November 5, 2019 Consolidated Election


On November 5, 2019, approximately 72,000 eligible San Bernardino County voters will have the opportunity to participate in the 2019 Consolidated Election.  There are three jurisdictions holding elections to fill board member offices.

County of San Bernardino Voter Information Guide

  • The Voter Information Guide is a booklet published by the San Bernardino County Registrar of Voters that includes information about voting, candidates and measures, a sample ballot, and polling place information.
  • The comprehensive Voter Information Guide [pdf] contains information for all offices up for election throughout San Bernardino County.
  • The precinct specific Voter Information Guide contains information for offices up for election and measures on the ballot in each precinct. You can view precinct specific Voter Information Guides by using the Polling Place and Voter Information Guide Look-up tool [no longer available].

Candidate Filing:

Candidate filing begins on July 15, 2019 and ends on August 9, 2019.

Candidate Statements:

  • At the time of filing, Candidates are required to pay the estimated costs of printing their candidate statement in the Voter Information Guide.
  • Refer to Appendix N in the Candidate Filing Guide [pdf] to view the estimated candidate statement costs for the 2019 Consolidated Election.
  • To submit a candidate statement, please fill out the Candidate Statement Form [no longer available].

Voter Registration

If you want to vote by mail or vote at your assigned polling place, your voter registration application must be postmarked no later than October 21, 2019 for the 2019 Consolidated Election.

If you miss the voter registration deadline, you can still register and vote in person at the Registrar of Voters on or before Election Day.

Voters with disabilities may vote independently, using their computer, to mark an accessible ballot.

Military and Overseas Voters:

Mail Ballot Return Statistics

The Mail Ballot Return Statistics Report shows the number of mail ballots that have been issued and returned for the election. The data presented on this report is updated daily and may fluctuate as additional mail ballot applications are received and voted mail ballots are processed.
