Important Notice:

The candidate filing period ends at 5 p.m. on Friday, August 10, 2018.  Many candidates are expected to file candidacy documents during the last week of the candidate filing period.  In order to minimize wait time, the Registrar of Voters recommends that candidates schedule an appointment for filing their candidacy documents by calling (909) 387-8300.  Although recommended, appointments are not required.

Candidate Statements:

  • Refer to Appendix N in the Candidate Filing Guide to view the Estimated Candidate Statement Costs for the 2018 Statewide General Election.
    • Candidates are required to pay the estimated costs of printing their candidate statement in the Voter Information Guide at the time of filing.

Voter Registration

If you want to vote by mail or vote at your assigned polling place, your voter registration application must be postmarked no later than October 22, 2018, for the 2018 Statewide General Election.

If you miss the voter registration deadline, you can still register and vote in person at the Registrar of Voters office or at an early vote site on or before Election Day.  View the Vote Early page for locations, dates, and hours of the Early Vote sites for this election.
