Fontana Unified School District Special Recall Election

On March 14, 2013, proponents of two petitions to recall Fontana Unified School District Board Members Leticia Garcia and Sophia Green submitted a sufficient number of signatures to qualify for a recall election. On April 3, 2013, board members of the Fontana Unified School District passed a resolution calling for a special recall election to be held on July 16, 2013. Registered voters in the Fontana Unified School District will vote on whether to recall each of the two board members, and then vote for a candidate to replace each member in the event the board member is recalled.
