These are the standard messages the Secretary of State’s Where’s My Ballot will send to voters who sign up for notifications:

  • Your ballot has been mailed to you. Normal delivery time is 5-7 business days.
  • Your ballot was returned to us as undeliverable from the post office. Please call (909) 387-8300 or email mailballots@sbcountyelections.com to resolve this issue.
  • Your ballot was received and will be processed soon. You will receive another message once your ballot has been counted or if there is an issue with your ballot.
  • Your ballot was received, but we are having trouble processing it. This may be because your signature on your vote-by-mail return envelope was either missing or does not match what we have on file, or we require more information. Please call (909) 387-8300 or email mailballots@sbcountyelections.com if you have questions.
  • Your ballot was received and will be counted. Thank you for voting! (Message before Nov. 6)
